Changes to Your Order

Once your order has been placed we cant always guarantee that we can make changes to your order or delivery details, but we will always try.

If you have made an error in your order or delivery address please email hello@wonderyskinfood.com.au with the correction as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee delivery times if the address is incorrect, alternatively, you may be charged a fee for re-direction if you have entered an incorrect address.

Shipping

We have multiple delivery options to choose from within AUSTRALIA. You may even be eligible for FREE shipping. Wahoo!

Please know that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs. Read below for further, more detailed information.

Orders over $29.95 will be eligible for FREE (untracked) shipping.

Orders OVER $125 receive FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING.

Order total must equal eligible amount, after discounts, to qualify for FREE shipping offer/s.

Standard shipping on orders under $125 is a flat rate of $7.50. A tracking number will be included in this option, for peace of mind.

Australia Post Express is the fastest option to receive your order and is available to Australian addresses for $15 flat rate. Whilst we always aim for fast dispatch, this is not a guaranteed overnight postal service and delivery times will depend on location. Thank you for your understanding.

Because your product is hand crafted in small batches we do aim to get your parcel packaged and posted within 2 business days of placing your order. Sometimes if you order early we’ll get it out to you on the very same day! {insert happy dance} On the odd occasion, depending on volume, orders are dispatched with 3-5 days.

Orders are sent with Australia Post

Australian East Coast Metro & City: 2-4 business days

Australian West Coast: 4-7 business days

Australian Regional: Up to 7 business days

International Shipping

International Shipping to NZ & the UK is back!

We do offer FREE international airmail shipping on all orders over $150

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping notifications will be sent when the parcel has been dispatched.

Flat rate International shipping is available to the UK & NZ for $15.

Unfortunately we cannot offer Express International shipping. Sorry!

Once a delivery has been sent and lodged via Auspost it is no longer our responsibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived.

Please note delivery time frames cannot be guaranteed, and there can be international delays due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Returns + Refunds

We really want you to LOVE Wondery but if there's something not quite right here's what we can do....

We only accept returns if the product is damaged or incorrectly packaged on arrival. A photograph of the damaged item will need to be sent to our customer service at ​hello@wonderyskinfood.com.au​ within 48hrs of you receiving the product, we will then happily organise a replacement for you.

We do not refund for change of mind, transitioning from store bought make up to all natural can be a little different and sometimes the products may not be as you would be expecting. We offer sample packs for you to try out before you jump on in and join the revolution with the big tins so if you're unsure please choose this option first.

We are all made unique and have our very own set of circumstances and make up! When we remember that natural foods and herbs are powerful, it makes sense that even the most harmless ingredients may not be a good fit to your uniqueness. There is nothing 'bad' in the products but we do still encourage you to try it out and decide if its a good fit for you. If you have any kind of reaction please stop using right away. The Care Card is enclosed with every order for you please follow this advise. No refund is given for reactions or irritations but please contact me immediately so we chat through the process.
